This notice explains how Lead Wave Ltd ("Lead Wave", "we") handles information when you use this website. We're registered in England and Wales, company no. 13889468.

What this website collects

Nothing you type on this website is sent to us. When you pick your trade and type your town, that text is only used to write a WhatsApp message on your own device. It is sent to us only if you choose to send that message in WhatsApp.

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we use your name, number and what you tell us to reply to you and, if you become a client, to set up and run your service. WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies to messages sent through it.

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or provide our service, and as required for our accounts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@leadwave.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
